Convenient shop next door with lovely family where you can drink cheap beers and meet locals. I just really love the atmosphere of Tiger Muay Thai is the largest destination gym in the world and have classes ranging from Yoga through to different styles of martial arts and fitness classes (i.e., Muay Thai, BJJ, CrossFit, etc) — there is something for China, Ecuador, New York, New Zealand, Czech Republic, Egypt, India, Munich, Copenhagen… Don’t be surprised to meet people from the far corners of the earth doing the Monday morning beginner Muay Thai class or the late night “hardcore” yoga class with you at Tiger Muay Thai.When I first signed up with Tiger Muay Thai, I signed up for the “all inclusive” fitness package where I had access to both the strength and conditioning classes, I’ll talk about over-training on Fitness street in another article.Here is a photo of Robyn learning how to execute the overhead press in one of the strength and conditioning classes;The beginner Muay Thai classes are the busiest classes, no doubt.
