No matter what fitness goals you have they are there to help you along the way by motivation, weekly weigh ins and affirmation.To say my experience here has been "good" is a vast understatement.
I started off with a meal plan, recipe book, protein powder, and BCAA supplements, and three days a week for training. They blew up my phone for a week. The staff is friendly and always encouraging you to be your best you. Not to mention I had missed a class and had text the week prior and got an immediate response so pretty sure it was the subject of the email that they didn't won't to address... giving money back.

I never asked for my money back as I assumed I would take care of credits once I was able to go back and they would obviously see that I had not been to the classes, (also Jesse had said they were easy to work with).
