I was very afraid, but then I am back to bad 24/7 sickness. Some people find that symptoms disappear round about then when the placenta kicks in. Oh good I'm not the only one. just be grateful is what i would say with hindsight as it wont be long before you are waddling along with your big tummy and you wont need any symptoms to know you have a baby in there!!
Keep getting told you should have a tiny bump because your uterous should of popped out your pelvis or something like that but theres nothing there! had no symptoms whatsoever!!! It's weird been so nervous and excited for the scan.
But other than that nothing. It is terrifying as you'd rather be being sick in a way just to confirm it but, I'm sure there's lots of other little things happening to you that you've not even been thinking about.
It feels like I'm making this pregnancy up or its all in my head so I'm very anxious to know the results. No pain doesn’t necessarily mean no gain when you’re pregnant, especially not in the first trimester.
While we were away I had the nausea when not eating for a long time but nothing since Mine is first thing tomorrow morning, 9am. I feel fine but there are lots of little signs when I look and think about it. I've been to the doctors and I will have my second lot of bloods taken to see what's going on in there.

Can people experience no symptoms. Had 5 weeks of nausea but recently lost that and no other real pregnancy symptoms. Tired, and breast tenderness but other than that perfectly fine. had abit of cramp when my period was due and abit the other week, midwife said that was normal!! All different.Anyway, hope you continue to feel good (but I do envy you!!! I have had only 2 days where i have felt nausious, minimal sensitive breasts. With my first pregnancy I had random bleeds between 7 and 8 weeks.
My only real symptoms are mild breast tenderness and I am usually asleep by 8:30. Count your blessings! Nausea and vomiting are pretty common at 10 weeks pregnant.
