I recently made a 50 slide powerpoint presentation and set custom animations for every slide. When I click the Play button in the Animation task pane, the date appears as expected. But this object also hyperlinks to another slide. The workaround I'm aware of is to create duplicate copies of the slides with each slide having the animation on it, but this doesn't work if your animation requires motion.
