I haven’t looked back.Eighteen short fictions, memoirs and poems have found homes in the past three years: in Ambit, Crannog, Strix, The Southampton Review, the Aesthetica Creative Writing Annuals, the Fish Anthologies, and elsewhere. Being quite near-sighted all my life, maybe the close-focus that’s required for writing shorter forms comes more naturally?
