It truly is a New York State gem of a park that is so easily overshadowed and under promoted compared to the fame of the Saratoga Race Track.A really beautiful state park that has a variety of trails that lead to small hot springs. It is probably a nice convenient park for locals. We came for the springs and were delighted to find that there are regular docent-led tours several times a day on both the natural wonders behind the springs as well as the history of the springs. There are beautiful trails in there and a couple geysers near the parking lot . If I were to return, I would definitely book a spa visit to the Roosevelt Spa.One of the most beautiful and relaxing parks. It was so beautiful and interesting. For the 2020 season, the Victoria Pool and the Peerless Pool are operating at a reduced capacity. Bonus, there is food available or you can bring your own. The Park is beautifully maintained, safe and a great place to take a leisurely walk.This place is awesome! I will continue returning and recommending the Park for some of the best backdrops for photos.If you google the healthiest places to live in the USA you will most definitely find Saratoga Springs NY. My kids are swimmers, and the pool had enough room and depth to really enjoy. What a wonderful little town.
