Several young staff just drifting around..queues..6 tables around my table cluttered with dirty cutlery..they are so slow that the dishes are not being washed..and running out of clean crocks..queues very long..people left waiting while staff go out to the kitchen on BOTH counters. I have another story about being treat quite badly at the M&S Food store Darlington during lockdown, very disappointing and lost our custom there!!!
