The beer cheese with purple and russet french fried potatoes was so good I used my finger to get every last drop of it out of the cup. Loved the bar set up and all the different levels throughout.After a long day of riding bikes on the island and golfing, we stopped by Beards Brewery for a cold beer and some food. I have seen it featured on TV food shows, but have never found it on a menu to order - so happy to see it there and their photo of it on the website looks fantastic!This local brewpub moved to a brand new location this past month.

I ate lighter for my entree because of all the appetizers and ordered the Broccolini Salad (no chicken addition) - it was fantastic - I've never had a salad where there's no lettuce - just broccolini as a base - felt like I ate very healthy - it was really fresh and tasty. I am an IPA fan and while it's not the best IPA I've ever had, it is tasty and the price is reasonable.
The patio was closed on an overcast day due to "weather"...tbf there was a slight chance of showers but I saw another review complain about this - you HAVE to take advantage of outdoor seating in these times as it is the safest option.
They have great merchandise and the beer we tried was really good.
The wild mushroom pizza is TO DIE FOR. The beer was great as well! I would definitely come back.Had read Beards brewery had good food and beers. Total we had 3 meals, 1 craft soda and 3 beers for $70. Not to forget their homemade brews-many to choose from and very reasonable prices for food and drinks.
His home made terrine on the charcuterie board was the best I have ever tasted! At one point our waiter brought out my beer and then came back 2 minutes later asking if I drank any of it yet and took it from me and gave it to another table!

For an afternoon, it was decently busy in there. The flight boards are really cool.
But unfortunately the food was nothing to rave about.If you love beer, this is the place for you! I'll give them a pass on that today since they probably do not want to deal with people running inside if it does rain, but if it were a clear day out and the patio was closed, I'd have been pissed.Food was good but the menu is small because of COVID. Dining is like European style seating...Community tables that encourage conversation and getting to know other people. Seemed well staffed in Covid times with adequate distancing. The food was just ok, the teenagers in the group really didn't like their wraps.
We also got a side of fries with the Luna cheese which was good also!
Overall this place has a lot of potential but sadly people will still come because of the location.Great service and food.
